Taunting Krell - coming soon - Oct 14th!

The 7th Cyborg Seduction book - Taunting Krell has an Oct 14th release date!!! Here's the LINK. I'm really happy it's coming out so soon. I do plan to more books in the series in the near future. The excerpt and blurb are up at Ellorascave. : ) Here's the blurb...

Book 7 in the Cyborg Seduction series.

Krell hates humans. They left him scarred and undesirable to females. He’s lived a lonely existence in his home world because of their brutality. He is angry when he’s ordered to interrogate the captured human but she’s the enemy, a soldier from Earth. He’ll show her the same mercy they showed him. None.

Cyan didn’t expect to survive her mission against the Marcus Models but she was stunned and elated when she was confronted by cyborgs. The past and present collide when she sees Krell. He is part of a dangerous secret from another life but he is completely irresistible to her.

Krell is persuaded to keep Cyan in his home while he learns everything about her. He’s certain she can’t be trusted but she uses her body to distract him. He’s determined to keep her at a distance but Cyan is just as determined to get the big, sexy cyborg into her bed.

In other news - Slade won book of the week at Whipped Cream reviews. Here's a LINK.

I'd also really like to say thank you EVERYONE! It's been a really great week for me. Valiant came out and the feedback has been amazing! I'm so happy that this series is so welcomed by so many. I'm thrilled to say that all three books - Fury, Slade, and Valiant have been staying on the top 100 Best sellers list in Romance at Kindle. It's been awesome to see them on it. There's another dream come true for me. LOL.

This has been an amazing month for me. I'm celebrating A LOT. Two years ago this month Ral's Woman came out and I became a published author. I met Mr. Laurann in September of 1989 so it's the anniversary of our first date. A friend of mine who knew him introduced us. My oldest daughter turned 20. I'm also gearing up to go to Romanticon!!! I'm mostly packed, totally ready to take 2 flights to reach Ohio with Mr. Laurann, and looking forward to it. Last year I met so many amazing people, had such a good time at the events and workshops, and it's just a fun time to be had. Here's a LINK.

I hope everyone has a fantastic week!

  7. Well just when I was about to write an email with passive agressive undertones and demands , inquiring about the release date of your next book, I see it comes out in a few weeks, lol
I can't wait to read about Krell, Valiant was an excellent read and I love the fact that it was longer in length than the previous two. Now the problem is that you keep introducing more interesting characters, so now we want the books! ( on a side note, I now have a vision of you hiding in some dark place in you house, hunched over a desk with carpal tunnel and writers cramp, trying to pump out books..insert a clip of Jack Nicolson in "The Shining" and all work and no play makes Laurann a very dull girl....sorry , I get dramatic, lol)
Also,I hope that "927" from Valiant gets a book. His story was a little heartbreaking, but made me want to see it developed.
    Can't wait! Fantastic Laurann!

  8. Well! Finally a release day for Krell. Can't wait!! I know a lot of us have been eagerly awaiting it.

I love new species but my favorite is still the Cyborgs series. :P With so many characters in all her series and so many fans' demands, I hope Laurann will not get burned out. :) And like Naomi I have a few images of my own of poor Laurann working fervently on the next novel, mine was more on the lines of Stephen King' Misery though. LOL

On a side note, I have seen a few people asking to see 927 in a book... from Valian't story I think there is someone already interested in him, I would be so disappointed if that was not going to happen. :)

  10. Rivendark, I'm so glad you brought up 927. I'm also interested in seeing a story between and a very special someone ;)

Ms. Laurann, I also too hope that you do not burn because i cannot imagine a time without your books to pass these boring moments in college LOL =)

  11. LOL! I have way too much fun writing to EVER burn out! I've been doing this since 1993 (typing out books) and haven't burned out yet! LOL. I actually have a LARGE L-shaped desk, a very comfy new chair, and a 24 inch widescreen monitor. I listen to headphones loudly and live in whatever book I'm writing. It's a great place to be.

927's book isn't written but it's one of the stories I plan to write after I get the original 9 cleaned up and sent in. I just finished cleaning Justice's story!!! Off to book #5 next. It needs some big rewrites after I read it today, I see some things I'd like to change, so that should be challenging AND fun!
